Public Health Was The Loser in Pan Pharmaceutical Farce

The Pan Pharmaceutical case that has just been thrown out of court has caused great hardship to  people who depended on  the hundreds of medications Pan was making, medications that in some cases were available nowhere else.

The authorities don't close down hospitals every time a patient dies from human error. They don't close down a multinational  pharmaceutical company every time one of their  products is taken off the market because
of adverse side effects.

The "alternative" health industry is judged by different yardsticks to the multinationals, because the multinationals that run the TGA want to eliminate the competition.

One Nation says the health care of Australians will improve and be cheaper when institutionalised and official bias against "alternative" and natural therapies no longer plays any part in government policy.
